By downloading, installing, or using PROTUNE ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
PROTUNE is a guitar and bass tuning application that provides real-time pitch detection, reference tones, chord and scale libraries, a metronome, drum sequencer, and studio effects. The App is available with both free and premium (Pro) features.
PROTUNE offers the following auto-renewable subscription options to unlock Pro features:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
The free version of PROTUNE includes standard 6-string guitar tuning with standard tuning, basic reference tones, and the clean tone setting.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

All content, design, graphics, and code within the App are the property of Dark Castle Group, LLC. and are protected by intellectual property laws. The PROTUNE name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Dark Castle Group, LLC.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Tuning accuracy may vary depending on your device's microphone quality and environmental conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dark Castle Group, LLC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.
