How do I tune my instrument?

Open PROTUNE, select your instrument type and tuning preset, then tap "Listening" to activate the microphone. Play a string and the tuner will detect the pitch and show you whether to tune up or down.

What instruments does PROTUNE support?

PROTUNE supports 6-string guitar, 7-string guitar, 12-string guitar, 4-string bass, 5-string bass, and 6-string bass with over 50 tuning presets.

How do I manage my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > PROTUNE.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open PROTUNE, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

The tuner isn't detecting sound. What should I do?

Make sure you've granted microphone permission. Go to iPhone Settings > PROTUNE > Microphone and ensure it's enabled. Also check that you're in a quiet environment for best results.
